Call Pilot/Cics Call forwarding

I have a call pilot where I have built a CCR tree and on option 3 it transfers to a cell phone and all that works correctly. When I go to leave the cell phone a message it will not show up on the users phone as a message has been left. I can dial the cell phone directly and it works just fine but anytime I go through the call forwarding process it will not allow me to leave a message. I can answer the cell phone and talk when it is sent through the CCR tree. I have not had this issue before has anyone else come across it?

You talking about the cell phone not showing that there is a message on CP?
There won't be any message on the user's phone in the office as you've transferred it out.
