I have a CICS with Call Pilot 150. I have my trees built in Call Pilot so the caller makes a choice from the options presented...press 1, press 2, etc.

Question: when a caller presses lets say 2, the call is transferred to an I/C number. Can you have more then one I/C number listed so that more then one phone rings?

Not exactly: you would have to use a feature that makes multiple phones ring. I can think of two possibilities:
[ul]
[li]Hunt Group[/li]
[li]Answer DNs[/li]
[/ul]

If you have CICS 4.0 or later, hunt groups are available on your system. Answer DNs are available on all releases.

Hunt Group
You need to add the phones you want to ring as members of a hunt group. Then, you need to change the CCR path so it transfers to the hunt group DN.

Answer DNs
You need to pick an unused DN on your system and add an Answer button for that DN on the phones you want to ring. Then, you need to change the CCR path so it transfers to the unused DN.

Do you need help to set that up?

Thanks Multimedium, you have answered my question. Probably hunt groups are the way to go. Thanks for your help
