call pilot ccr used during day need complete different setup at night

I have a cics with call pilot programed with ccr during the day,works perfect
now my customer wants a different setup when they close at various times
during the night.ie: we are now closed if an emergency call ***-***-****
or leave a message and we will call in the am.I cannot figure out how to manually
change this at various times.
 
Record Greeting number 2 if 1 is Day under AA/GRTG
Go into AA/Table 1 / and change Evening to Greeting 2
Keep going in same section and tell each day of the week when Morning starts and when Evening starts, leave Afternoon alone.

If you need to close the business at various times then record Greeting #4
To Activate it go into Feature 982(password is in the manual) and open the business.

Tried that,but I still end up at the ccr after the #4 message,i need to have
a routing different from the ccr ie:we are now closed call ***-***-****
for emergencies or push "0" to leave a message,am I missing something?
 
Of course you will because you have CCR enabled.
You are recording wrong.

Daytime:
Greeting 1 =
Thanks you for calling ABC
Path 0 CCR =
If you know your parties ext plz enter it now....
For Accounts press 1
Shipping 2
etc

Nighttime:
Greeting 4 =
Thanks you for calling ABC,we are now closed call ***-***-****
for emergencies or push "0" to leave a message

Path 0 CCR =
If you know your parties ext plz enter it now....
For Accounts press 1
Shipping 2
etc

If you prefer to have Greeting 4 and also a different recording for Path 0 other then the daytime one then simply tell Table 1 to use CCR Tree # 2 in the evening.
Record Path 0 in Tree 2 to what ever you want.

The bottom line is Greeting 1 is the first part and Path 0 of any tree specified is the second part.
