Yes it is. But I have not done it myself. But you have to use a Desktop Client connected to the CP and use outlook or lotus to integrate with. So I think it's possible. You actually get a new inbox in outlook or lotus that receives the message as soon as it arrives on the CP. Then when you send/forward the message to a non call pilot user it automaticly convert the format to wav. To use this you have to have desktop seats licenses in the CP, but I think as a standard you have some licenses available.
with desktop msg that is a default feature. if you have the license for that and the software, you get all your voice mails as a file with an attached wav. to do that without desktop msg you would need a softphone and use the default recorder, that i haven't tried but i don't see a reason that wouldn't work
