thread799-1566175 Did you ever find out what the problem was. I have one doing the same thing. I checked all the extensions to see if there was a programming error, I couldn't find one. This system was installed in Sept of 2005. The problem just started. The only thing I know that was done, is they changed from Windstream to QX.Net for their phone lines. It is now VOIP. Could this be the problem?
