Hi,

I'm pretty new to working with PBX's and have a question regarding setting up a Help desk number.
I have a section that has three people assigned each with thier own extension.
I want to be able to assign a new DN to each phone set as a MCR line.
I then want this to go to application builder when all 3 phones are busy.
In application builder I just need the calls go into a "queue" with
recorded message saying "All attendants are busy, please hold for the next available attendant" (or something to that effect).

So how do I accomplish this? Please correct me as needed.

1. Create a SDN in Call pilot e.g. 2500
2. Create an ACD 2500 in LD 23 and NCFW to the ext 7000 (control DN) in Call pilot.
3. Create the tree in Application builder
4. Done

Is it this simple or am I missing something?

Thanks
