Call pilot call center logout

My call center agents get logged out after each phone call, how do I keep them logged in?

Is it one particular queue? If so, can you post the configuration? You may have something set wrong, and it would help to turn on force calling also.

in the acd group, yes is default. handset on-hook means logout. used for 2216's and 3905's (headsets only)
