The multimedia report "Building Block Summary Report" displays a count of the number of times each key has been pressed within the block, the number of abandonments, and the total number of accesses. We have an autoattendant block that feeds into a second autoattendant menu block when key 1 is pressed. One would assume that the count for key 1 presses in the main menu would be close if not exactly equal to the number of accesses for the submenu block, but in some instances we are off by ~300+ accesses, regardless of whether or not we include the abandonments count. Are we misintrepreting these counts, or is there some other factor that would account for the missing 300 presses when we have 900 presses of key 1 in the main menu and only ~600 total accesses in the submenu that key 1 is supposed to direct to?
