I have a customer that is having a problem transferring a call. If a caller reaches the Auto Attendant, selects extension number 228, the call transfers to ext 228 and is answered by its mailbox.
If the call is answered by someone instead of the A.A. and they transfer the call to ext 228, it rings 3 times and is transferred back to the person who answered the call.
Extensions are set for FWD No answer: VM port
I am thinking it has to be something to do with transferred call returns, but I don't see where this extension is different than the others.
