I have a Basic Call Pilot call centre setup with one skillset in 24hr day mode with 10 Agents.
I have my callflow setup this way.....
Greeting, Forced, no transfer..
Distribute for 00:20sec
Greeting, normal, transfer
Distribute for 00:20sec
go to step 1
end.
When a call comes in and agents are logged in. we get a ring no answer for about 20 rings then it goes to Call centre mailbox.The system does'nt see the agents.
question:
Should I have the Distribute setup first?
