Call Pilot Backup Issues

I have a new Call Pilot. I am attempting to backup the unit.
I go to the web browsers, put it in backup mode. Launch the Nortel BRU, and it says "preparing system" for about 10 minutes. Then it starts backing up, gets about 10% through, then fails.
Am I missing something here? I have yet to get a backup done.

try reboot cp then relaunch browser and see if that works
