Call pilot backup fails

I get a backup error saying could not format tape, could not write tape header fails, error 41826.
Unsupported tape media being used.
I have a 703 on 4.0.
I could not find that error.
Any ideas?

Schill13...what type of tape are you trying use slr what?

We are using Magnus 2.5. I think that is the problem, they need to be a higher storage.

Schill13..you need a slr75 for the 703t server a slr60
will work as well,if you need the dodel/part numbers
let know.
