Can someone tell me how to back up a Call Pilot release 2 system? Can it be backed up to a remote server or is it only done locally? Thinking of disaster recovery procedures. Thanks

You backup the system via the web browser (Call Pilot Manger). If you want to set up a backup to the network, your network guys will have to allow the call pilot server logins, access to the target folder.
