Call Pilot Back Up

Question Customer needs to know if she can do a backup
on Call Pilot 100 thru Lan Connection off site.
She tells me when she tries to do a back up system will
shut down & lost connection to call Pilot happens ?



Also Does she need call Pilot CD down to down load back ups ?

Start the backup while in the call pilot,under the last heading in the left window pane using the browser

then start the BRU program

you wont be able to access the vm till its done backing up and restarts

The last step in the manual says to reboot the call pilot. I believe you have to do it via the plug as you can't log back in until it is rebooted.

I've never tried remotely.

Please repost if you get it working without any on site intervention.
