Call Pilot Back up scheduler doesn't work?

Manual backups work fine. Any thoughts on what to check? My CallPilot version is CP40404SU02S / 201i model.
 
craigsarmy...how do you have the scheduled backups set
weekly,monthly or what and at what time.

1. How is it programmed? Mine says it does a back-up once a week on Sunday morning.
2. How do you know it is not working, do you get a message?
I often wonder if my tape is good, but do not have another machine to load and try it out on....and do not want to try it out on my main unit. Those tapes have never been very reliable.
3. It is particular about the type of Tape you put in the tape drive.
 
Below is what the schedule looks like. Dailys, weeklys etc. There is no indication the job started or completed unless I perform a manual backup.
