My BCM client would like to know how to turn the system - wide feature back on(they say it was on at one time)that plays the date & time of the message first before playing
back the voice message. Can someone help me set this up for all voice mail users?
The Mailbox was probably set to Call Pilot instead of Norstar Voice Mail. Call Pilot plays the envelope information before all calls the Norstar Voice Mail interface does not.
