Here is my dilemma. I have to change a greeting on an auto attendant and have no idea how to go about making that change. Thats the first thing, the second is the auto attendant is setup such that a call can be left in a General Delivery mailbox but when I dial "8" to get out to that mailbox the systems says that mailbox 4154600 does not exist. I found the block containing the GM delivery information and removed the 415 portion of the number and the system still says that the mailbox does not exist. As always any any all help is appreciated.

Have a great day !!

To change the greeting you would log into the CallPilot application and look under the AUTOMATED ATTENDANT Link. There you will see a link COMPANY GREETINGS click that and you will see a table with all your greetings. Select the one you want to change and record a new one. Also in Mailbox Administration look for that number or user 4154600.

Hope this helps.

You need to look at the call pilot setup & check that GEN Delivery is set to Yes then initialize the mailbox by logging into it, this should cure. if not try rebooting after the change as the call pilot side of the BCM does have a history of not appling saved changes
