Call-Pilot Auto Attendant Trouble

Hey all,

I am trying to access remotely a call pilot (need to record some greetings). I dial in and hit the A.A. When I hit ** I hear "Exiting the system" and then the call drops.
I did not install this voice mail and am not sure what was done. It is on a CICS BTW...

Any ideas?

Mailbox 12,102 or 1002 must be intilized.

2 possible problems

1. the CP is setup as CP not an NVM. ** is not valid in CP mode

2. Return to AA is set to no.

Thanks for the info guys. Is it possible to change it from CP to NVM if it is CP?

Under Configuration, System Properties you can change to NVM. You can also select a COS as CP or NVM.
