We have a CICS 7.0 with Call Pilot 150 mini. The system is set up with the Call Pilot AA to answer immediately on lines 1 through 3 when the system is in Night Mode(Ringing Service Group 2).

The caller id is not passing through when the AA transfers the call to the extension. Is this by design? Is there a way to set it up so the CLID passed through? It seems the Call Pilot AA is answering before receiving the CLID info. IS there any way to insert a delay before AA answers?

The CLID works when the AA does not pick up. When I press Feature*811 when a call is transfered from the AA, it just shows which internaltelephone line it is coming from - meaning it shows the - LINE 2 on the display not the CLID.

Any help would be huge! Thank you!

Call display info is sent between the first and second rings, you need to set the lines to answer after two rings. If you use service modes the call will get answered right away at night, so you won't get CI. In f983 go to AA then lines, enter line number, press table, then press rings, this is where you set the number of rings before answering.

also i dont have 7.0 template in front of me but if there is an option in trunk programming for CLID set must be same as vm dn "f 985" also Set prime to your prime set and make sure drt to prime is more than aa line rings..have any sets that have lines ringing to just appear
