Call Pilot Auto Attendant Problems

I have a client that I have a Call Pilot 150 installed in They would like to migrate from a receptionist based environment to using the AA

I have recorded basically 2 greetings 1 Open hours 2 Closed No CCR Tree being used. I have set up a Greeting table 1 With the appropriate hours and these greetings. When I assign the lines to be answered by greeting table 1 on 0 rings it get the following message before the greetings are played (THE PERSON YOU HAVE CALLED IS NOT AVAILABLE) How do I get rid of this on the Call Pilot. I never had the issue on The Flash series only on the Call pilot. Any ideas I have tried everything I know and can not make it work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated hope to hear from you soon
 
You probably have a phone programmed to ring AND call forward busy to the CP 150 DN
 
The Operator mode is set not availible, do feature 982 and verifiy the operator mode. if they are getting through the auto attendant then there is no greeting on the mailbox that they transfered to.
