I have a nortel bcm400, the call pilot is starting for the first time, I have to create an automatic operator message that has options, example: thank you for calling market, for sales, dial 2, for purchases, dial 3, for workshop, dial 4, does anyone I can help?

ccr tree programming is honestly not something for someone who has not done any programming before

it is pretty tricky ... so if you cant figure it out a call to a vendor may be a good idea

the options you get are in the custom call routing trees

you need to create one

then record a greeting and setup the greeting table

once you have succesfully done both of these you need to go into lines administration and set the lines you want answered by the auto attendant

good luck
