Call pilot application builder

Hello,

Have no experience with call pilot application builder, but i would like to change the way a call routes when the callers dials 2 after hearing the ccr greeting/menu.

I should go to an extension.

call pilot server version 5.00.41

I can look at the numbers listed from the main menu, if i click on the pink link that goes to attendant. the line goes red. Thats the option i want to change.

You are going to have to add a transfer block to menu option 2. Then you open the transfer block and put in the 4 digit extension number. Draw a line from option 2 to the new transfer block. Then save and test.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
