Hi guys, I have something built in call pilot application builder, just plays a message and routes the call to 2 places on a TOD controller. I was wondering if there was anyway to get any call stas from this?

Thanks.

You can if you install CallPilot Reporter.

There are a bunch of pre-defined reports that give you different statistics from CallPilot. I currently have one instance of Reporter collecting stats from all of my production CallPilot servers.

This sounds perfect, but how do I go about getting this any ideas?

Thanks.

CallPilot reporter is part of the CallPilot manager application, and is available when you install CallPilot manager on a standalone server.

If you have the physical media used to install your CallPilot server, then you already have a copy of the applicaiton. If your CallPilot has had patches applied, then you will likely not be able to use the version on your install media, but will need the CallPilot manager PEP that is currently running on your server.

Callpilo reporter requires new keycodes, not free stuff, unless alreay included in the keycodes.

Nope,

Look at your Feature Verification screen of CallPilot configuration.

CallPilot reporter does not require keycode validation, and is a free utility that is included with the CallPilot base software.
