When I try to login to application builder I get a error "could not retrieve LDAP COM class ID" anyone know what this means. I can login to Callpilot Manager from the same pc with no problems
knowledgedatabase from nortel says: Reinstall OS software on client PC and install Application Builder software first prior to installing other software applications.
