Call Pilot AP Builder and Voice messaging removal

We are currently using a CP 5.0 and we have a dulicate system in another geographic area. I need to pull all my Application builder menus and voice segments from the primary system and copy them to my other CP. HAs anyone ever done this and can recommend the procedural task reference. I can't seem to find it

Yes I have done this many times. Use the System ->Backup/Restore and run an application archive. I would suggest that you archive the data to a network drive that both CallPilot systems can access. Then perform a restore of the archive to the second system.

See NN44200-601 Chapter 8.
