Call Pilot answers after 3 or 4 rings

I have CS1000M MG on 5.0
Call Pilot 5.0

I recently installed SU04 on the call pilot and updated the CS1000M MG and now the call pilot will answer fine for several calls(internal and external) but randomly it is answering after 4 or 5 rings. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you confirm that when this happens all the ports are not in use and the system is just waiting for a port to free up?

like trvlr1 says, could be a bad port or busy ports, you're going to have to look at the channel monitor and verify if it just happens on one port. Call Pilot will always hit the same port if that port is idle, best way to test ports is to manual disable all but one at a time....

if you want it to step through all the ports seq, put the acd que in your sdn table and set it voice messaging. dial it instead of the cdn and it will walk through the ports like mer mail did.
