Call Pilot answering with General MB instead of Greeting 1

I have a customer with a MICS 6.0, and Call Pilot 2.1 . Every couple of weeks, calls that are supposed to be answered by VM (Triggered by a Service Mode) are going to Gen MB rather than to Table 1 as they should be.

When I get called out, I've found that toggling F982 Answer lines from Y, to N, and back to Y fixes the trouble.

I've verified the trouble. Programming is correct on the KSU and VM, and the target line is programmed, and otherwise ringing in correctly.

Any ideas?

You may want to try the Nortsar or BCM Forum, they probably have people there that might be more helpful. This forum deals with the Call Pilot that integrates with a PBX.
