I have a customer with a MICS 6.0, and Call Pilot 2.1 . Every couple of weeks, calls that are supposed to be answered by VM (Triggered by a Service Mode) are going to Gen MB rather than to Table 1 as they should be.
When I get called out, I've found that toggling F982 Answer lines from Y, to N, and back to Y fixes the trouble.
I've verified the trouble. Programming is correct on the KSU and VM, and the target line is programmed, and otherwise ringing in correctly.
Any ideas?
