I have an issue where the 1140E phone won't allow us to get into the voice mailbox. We've tried resetting the password; but we receive the message "Mailbox in use".
The mailbox has 10 messages which the user would like to have.
Is there a way to extract those messages? Or is there a better way to get the messages from the phone?
Or do I have to delete the mailbox and add it in again? << This was our service provider's last resort when our first issue occurred a few years ago.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
