Is there a way to implement these types of features without exposing our Call Pilot system to Toll Fraud?

1) Call Sender (external to Call Pilot)
2) Outbound Call Transfer
3) Off Premise message notification

If I am exposing my Call Pilot to Toll Fraud, how do I mitigate this risk?

My recommendation is to have a seperate NCOS level for the Call Pilot ports only. The NCOS level should DENY evrything initially and then you only allow the full numbers that you require Call Pilot to dial. This should also be the same withing the appropriate RPL's in Call Pilot. Deny everything but only allow the full external numbers individually. Depending on the amount of external numbers you will be allowing may depend on the work to configure but at least you are locking down Call Pilot from fraud as much as possible. Hope this helps?
