In the NTP's the class of service prompt is looking for "UNR". Can I use the default of CTD?

Yes, and I do. Who knows why they specify UNR..

only thing you want to be sure of is the use of outdial, if you going to use remote notification or menu services that need unr in YOUR switch,use the unr.. i put mine in unr ncos 7, the use my rpls to block 9 1, if i need a change later i can change the rpl instead of outing 64 acd agents and putting them back in

I put mine in NCOS 10, TGAR 10. I leave the FRL at 0, unless I want to enable outdialling, then I promote it to the appropriate FRL. If I need to block them from accessing a certain route, or all routes, I can just add TARG 10 to that route.

All without ever needing to change the CallPilot TNs themselves.
