Cannot send MWI for none Prime Dn.

Heres the situation. I moved a new user into our ACD network and the user wishes to have their previous DN transfered with them until they can notify clients of the change. Their old line has a mailbox in CP which worked find at old location with a 3904 phone. Now that they are at the new location with a 3905 I cannot make the Message Waiting lamp operate correctly. I have my ACD clients on Prime DN and being controlled by Symposium. I have placed the old DN's on key 03 as SCR.

I have tried to remote notify old DN, ACD #on CP profile.. I know I call the old DN and it rings the phones.

Issue solved

adding Extended Message Indication to a features button will allow message indication for SCR number not assigned to Key 00

This situation will also occur if the DN appears on multiple phones...for an ACD set, the MWI will work correctly if the DN appears on only one set.

You say if the DN appears on only one set.. What if I was to have it as SCR on one phone and Non ring on another?

It appears on two sets....that is the problem and the neither are key 0. So the Call Pilot doesn't know which light to light.

We have a call center that we use Key x xmwk (vm dn)( set dn ) and set cls to lmpx. How ever the DN's should only appear on 1 set unless you are using MARP.
