Call Pilot AA

Does anyone remember how to change an AA gretting from off-premise? I haven't done it in probably 10 years and I can find no documentation on it. This is for a BCM450 R6. Thanks in advance.

I belive you have to do it on site or get someone there to do it for you as you control the recorder remotly.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

I think you can only open or close the business remotely. Login to the admin mailbox, then dial 99 and follow the prompts.

You can rerecord the greeting that is playing, you need to know the # of the greeting.You can't change it to another.
You have to INI the Admin mailbox (102)first on site then you can call in just like accessing a MB then do the 99.

To add you can also record your Non-Business Greeting (default is #4) and Close the business so Non-Business greeting will play.
