Call Pilot AA roll to operator

I have a Call Pilot system that uses a simple automatic answer greeting.

The greeting goes something like this:

"Thanks for calling. Press pound to dial by name. Press 0 to speak with the operator."

This works fine, but once it plays, after a few seconds, you get "exiting system" and call pilot hangs up. What do I need to do to make Call Pilot automatically forward to a default extension instead of hanging up?

Also, I would like to add an option like "press 8 to hear this menu again". I have tried to set this up with a CCR tree, which hasn't worked properly for me so far.

Any guidance on how to set up this simple system would be appreciated.

define an attendant for the the table/ system and make sure attendant is available
 
to prevent disconnecting, check return to AA-yes

For repeat, you can do as curlycord said, or if you have CP-version 2, you can program a Menu Repeat Key in the table options.
