When we had Call Pilot 2.0 at one site we had email by phone working with Exchange 5.5
We have just upgraded another site to Call Pilot 5.0
However when trying to access email by phone by dialling 89 when in the mailbox it claims it can't retrieve the email message list due to incorrect useranme or password.
Part of the confusion is how to fill in the form against a mailbox.
The fields are:
Email address - I assuem the SMTP email address of the user
Username - is this the Display Name? Or Login name?
EMail Account name - is this the mailbox alias? or login name?
The help file is poor.
