Call Pilot 5.0 smtp "postmaster"

We are installing a Call Pilot 5.0 voice mail server and all of the test messages that are sent to our users e-mail in box come from "postmaster@servername.com" Does anyone know where to change the default account name within the Nortel application. The widnows server 2003 is not utilizing the windows SMTP.
