We can turn on Call forwarding rule and it works to forward the voice message to Outlook. But if we want to forward the voice to an outside e-mail service such as Hotmail it comes back a message from the Postmaster:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients
Subject: FWD8007) 0:06 Voice Message
Date: Fri, 6 Mar 2009 08:21:54 -0600 (Central Standard Time)
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"Unknown" <VPIM=chauncy2/hotmail.com@BMCHINT514.bakernet.com>
Reason: The mailbox exists, but is not accepting messages at this time because it may be temporarily disabled. Please try sending this message again later. (10)
Is there a setting in Call Pilot Manager?
