I have a Call Pilot 5.0 running on a CS1000E. We have set Call Pilot to handle holidays before, but the vendor did this. I need to know how to set holidays...especially since we are closed on Monday, and if I call the vendor there will be charges involved.
FYI - I'm in the process of being trained on this server and have already used Application Builder to create and update auto attendants.
