Hi All,

Please could someone let me know the hardware specs for this version of CP.

We currently have CP 2 and I have upgraded the ram on the original 1002RP to 512 MB.

Will the HD space (6 x 9GB SCSI) and CPU's (2x PIII 500) be ok for this?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi,

CallPilot will only run on Nortel's own build hardware.
So you do not need to have the hardware changed.
When you purchase an upgrade they will look at your existing hardware and make recommendations if needed.

Spec's:
1002rp Rackmount:
* CPU: Dual Pentium III 866Mhz
* Memory: 512MB
* MPU/Channel Capacity: 192
* Storage hours: 2,400 hours
* RAID: standard
* Tape drive: standard
* Max voice mailboxes: 15,000
* Max UM clients: 20,000
* Max Users: 50,000
* Connectivity: Meridian 1 Option 11C-81C, Communication Server 1000, Meridian SL-100, CPE Centrex

If you're in Europe the spec's for new systems have changed (1005rp) which should be running at a normal CPU speed but I cannot find the spec's on their website yet.

Thanks chap.

The answer to this is yes but we will need to upgrade the CPU's, the RAID drives and perform a migration before the upgrade to 4.
