I have a New Call Pilot upgrade that has unified messaging synched wih e-mail. I tried to set up external e-mail server (entered the FQDN and IP of he oubound microsoft e-mail server). "My call pilot" set on the administartor's phone was set to forward to an non-local e-mail address. Used a sniffer on port 25 and found no traiffic coming out of the switch (incudes my call pilot and CallPilot servers). Any ideas?
