call pilot 4.04 time error delivery message

I have a problem with Call Pilot 4.04

When I receive a message, I have one hour in more in delivery information.

Time of pbx is ok

Time of server (Windows server 2003)is ok

Time Zone is ok in Call Pilot Application
Modify Time Zone don't change

A reboot of server don't change

PEPS are ok

Patche server Microsoft 2003 KB942763 is ok

My maintener looks ...

what type of server are you using 201i or 703t ? when you
say peps are ok can you post them so we can see what peps you say are ok?
