I am running CallPilot 4.0 We had a guest create a Temporary Greeting. Somehow, that greeting is now acting as a corporate greeting, it preceeds the personal messages on all extensions but, only on external calls. Internal calls are not affected.
What I have tried:
Removed said temporary greeting guest created.
Deleted guest mailbox and re-added
checked System prompts, all are still at default
restarted Call Pilot server
Ran config wiz (no changes, just reran)

Any ideas? I'm stuck. Thanks all in advance

Here was the fix:

Somehow, the mailbox class for that particular mailbox, had System greetings allowed. The guest actual recorded the same greeting for both Temporary greeting and System greeting. I had to go into Messaging Management and delete the System Greeting under Primary Language. Also, updated the mailbox class by unchecking "Record Organization Call Answering Greeting". The odd thing is...how did that option become available in the mailbox class. that I am still working on.
