Call Pilot 3.1 Reporting for Contact Center CannotConnectToCC

Reporting server stopped downloading data at 96% and shows status Error! CannotConnectToCC

Using:Call Pilot 150 3.1 release 31.10.36.22
Reporting Server CCRS_05_04_2010_31_10_36_22
RCC 2.45.105
Java 1.6.0 (included in RCC installation)

Real Time reports appear no problem
Historical Reports work fine, but no data exists past 1/06/11 8:33:02

Ran IVU utility and all tests pass but when I go to maintenance, then System Status - the bottom of the page shows Contact Center status: CannotConnectToCC
When I open the download status window:
status indicator is RED
Status is "Error! CannotConnectToCC"
Processing Calls From: 05 Jan 2011 08:33:02 (doesnt change)

Why does the IVU pass everything, but the Contact Center is not ablet o finish downloading the data past 96%?

Any ideas?

did you check streaming in ccrs

Yep, I sure did...I really don't understand how it is able to pass all tests on the IVU verification utility. Everything passes. Password matches for ccrs. Data stream is checked. It was going fine until it reached that 96% updated point.
I'm wondering if it might be some sort of firewall issue..but if it is, wouldn't you thing it wouldn't pass all the tests on ivu?
I've reboot the server over and over.
Any more thoughts?

I've been so focused on this being an issue with the server or network that I haven't thought to reboot the CP. I've onlu reboot the cp once since I have installed the reporting for CC.
I will try this tonight and let you know what happens. Thanks.
 
I reboot cp last night and saw no difference.  Download status is still at 1/5 08:32.
Everything still appears to be working fine and IVU tests all pass but the system status still shows CannotConnectToCC.
Should I purge data up to the point where the download stops?
I don't care if I lose the data permanently.  We just need to get it working.
I'm considering a complete re-install.  
Has anyone ever had this problem?
 
 
a reinstall sounds right. something didn't load correctly. make sure you remove all of the net frame works before reinstall
