The call pilot is set up to park and page extension 25 under path 3 in CCR. When in a subscriber mailbox if you press 6 for park & page, it will announce "(name) 101." However, when going through CCR go direct to park & page it simply announces "101", even though it is assigned to an extension. Is there any way to change what is announced or add the name to it?

101 is the number one dials to retrieve a call, it does not reflect the ext number of 25....if next call gets parked and 101 is tied up it will go to 102. So Harry at ext 25 intercoms 101 to pickup the call.

You need to record what you want to say before "silicon sally" says 101. For example, if ext 25 is Parts, record "Parts you have a call on" and then they SS will say 101. Since I don't have a CP in front of me, I can't tell you exactly where to record the greetings. Look in the manual/cd under Park & Page and you should find it.
