I'm working on a Call Pilot 202i, The CPU is running at 100% much of the time because of a service called nbrsrc.exe. This is causing all kinds of problems. I'm having trouble finding what this even does. Google shows nothing. No reference in the Install book. Does anyone know what it is or what is does? Could I kill the process? Would it crash the call pilot? Thanks for the help.

Are there any errors in the Event Viewer? If so clear them and see if anything comes back. As always, make sure it is patched current. If not, do that first. I don't see anything on Avaya's website particular to that service
