Call Pilot 201I?

Just had a customer call me and wants me to help install a working out of service 201i
Call Pilot onto his CS1000 RLS 5 system. He has no voicemail on the system now; can you move a CP from 1 system to another? I think he could go with a Call Pilot Mini but I thought the larger CP’s had to match the system.

No a Callpilot is not specific to one system. Merdian Mail used to be but not CallPilot. You will need to program your ACD que, CDN's, agents etc but will work fine.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
