Call Pilot 201i Server log in

I am unable to log into a Call Pilot 201i server. I have set the user name to Administrator and the password is set so that no Password is needed. It will not let me log in. I am working with a Call Pilot that is from another front end. Is there an issue with the fact that it is from another system?

Are you trying to log into Windows or into CallPilot Manager?
