Call Pilot 201i feature question

I am working on a Call Pilot 201i. The following parameters are in the system configuration but I am not sure what these are specifically or what they mean. Some seem intuitive but I want to clarify. Can someone help me with this?

Voice Seats 400
Email by Phone Seats 0
Email by Phone Channels 20
Email by Phone Languages 10

Do the "Voice Seats" mean mailboxes or possibly Unified Messaging seats?
