upgraded from 1.7 to 4.0 and channels are giving ??? in status. Call Pilot boots and says it is up and ready to accept calls. Can Ping both PBX and CP. Any help is appreciated
Make sure that your TN's in the pbx match what is in CallPilot, you might have the POS ID's or the SCN key's mismatched.Rerun config wizard again and go thru everything.Did you install latest PEP's.
I went backwards to 2.0 and got it to work fine. I will reattempt the 2.0 to 4.0 upgrade this weekend and confirm everything is in sync between the Call Pilot and PBX.
