Call pilot 2, SDN rules?

My maintainer says that my SDN (directing calls to day/time filtering Application) can be the same number as the existing (target)DN. The application doesnt work and I think either the SDN or the normal DN has to be changed. Who is right?

IN APPLICATION BUILDER YOU CAN PLACE TIME OF DAY CONTROLLER, WHICH AT THE TIMES SET WILL GIVE DIFFERENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
