I am having a problem getting the Give IVR to work on a SECC 4.2/Call Pilot 2.02 integration. Nortel instructed me to build a seperate ACD-DN for the IVR agent TN's in the PBX which I have done. I also have the voice connection tab in the SECC server configuration populated with the correct information.
I have also created a SDN entry for the new ACD-DN in Call Pilot and assigned it as a Symsposium Voice Services treatment. The channels come up in Call Pilot as IVR channels and in SECC, the ACD-DN and the voice ports acquire with no problem. Do you have to assign the greetings in call pilot with an SDN as well?

I found the problem. This change "magically" happened after I started asking questions. Someone had changed the SECU prompt on my VAS ID to no, it has to be yes.
